New country,new home,new BLOG!

Hello there!
It's been a very looong time since I wrote last time. Sorry for that, you can follow me on instagram if you want, click here to check out my profile. That is also one reason why I stopped/forgot blogging for a while because I got instagram.
 Anyways, I am moving to France this Wednesday, so very soon! I'm going there to be an Au-Pair, so I'm going to live with a family that lives in Le Pecq, west from Paris and quite near Versailles. I'm really excited, and I'm going to start a new blog when I get there. I'm not sure about the name yet but something in french I guess. If you have some good ideas please tell me! 
Right now I'm packing and fixing the final things I need before I leave.
Hope you've all spent a nice vacation and hopefully I'll be posting soon again! 

Midsummer already!

Hey there!

So midsummer's here aldready,and I'm at my grandparents' cottage in Asikkala. This is also the last sunmer here because they are selling the place in the fall:(. A bit sad but what can you do. Anyways,here's some pics I've taken here (and a pic of a sweater I got).

Shopping!

Hey everyone!

Today i went shopping,just for fun,and since i've been quite sick for a while i just wanted to get out for a while. I bought a maxi dress,which i've wanted for a long time,a plain white strapless top (which i don't have a picture of) and a printed top that i just fell in love with when i saw it!:) So here's my shopping,and a pic of a ring and a necklace i got for my graduation from some relatives.

Here's the maxi dress,navy blue,and i got it from gina tricot. It's quite simple but that's good cuz i love accessoriesing!

I also got this from gina,loving the floral pattern and the anchor print:)

And here's a necklace i got (i think the stone was malachite..?),i really like the color:) And the ring is so me too! 

Summer - finally here!

Thought i'd make a small update - nothing special ( and i'm hopin there's not too much spelling mistakes here since i'm using my iphone). I'm also quite excited cuz i'm graduating on saturday! Anyways, here's what i wore yesterday and today:)

Hey everyone!
Just had to make this quickie, so yesterday i bought this amazing cap from http://dmretro.se/, and u should totally go check that site out. They sell supercute dresses, shorts, shirts, bags, and i want all of it! Here's a photo of the cap i ordered;

Graduation outfit !

Hey everyone! 
Last week i went to pick up my graduation dress from my grandma's. She sew my prom dress, and also wanted to sew my graduation dress, and of course i let her! I can't believe my grandma actually sews this good, seriously! The dress is made from quite a tricky fabric, so she had to sew almost the whole dress by hand, and i don't think that's so easy! So here's photos of the dress and the shoes i bought for the dress; 

She sew these on the dress too, some sequins,golden beads, pieces of pearl on top of the shoulder  and some glass leaves. Most of these were reused from some old jewelery and stuff.

These are the shoes i bought for the dress. I bought them at Bianco last sunday, love them! 

They are totally plastic and the front is see through. 

Here's the shoes grom the back. Even if the heel is like 16cm (shit i'm tall in them!) , they are amazingly easy to walk in thanks to the platform heel.

So soon u'll see pics of me actually wearing the dress and the shoes, on my graduation! 

Studs,fringes and ribbons

Hey everyone!

Now i'm almost finished with my arts diploma, have been workin a lot on it for the moment and now i only have left to do the portfolio and a small video. The portfolio is for showin what exactly u have been doing, why, how and where u got the inspiration for it and etc. So i got to pick one topic out of 6, and i chose movement. As in movement like what is movement, and is it real or an illusion? In my last post i showed u the shirt i was workin on, and now it's actually complete so i'll show u what it looks like, then i also made a couple of earrings to go with it, and the topic of course. And the video is gonna be just a short one to show how the short 'moves' with the fringes. 

Here u can see the shirt as it is now, first i cut parts of fabric, blue and pink, and cut out the fringes in them and sew them on the shirt. Very happy with the result! 

Here's the collar just one more time, proud of it cuz it took some time! 

Here's the back of the shirt where i painted this face and over the face it says ; 'where's the movement?'. I put the face there mostly because i like drawin faces so it's like a signature maybe, but also because it gives it more of a look of art. Well, obviously, the diplomas name is gonna be 'Where's the movement?'. 

And then just some other stuff. 

Here's me like a week ago. Necklace from cubus,bought a loong time ago!

Bought this amazing nail polish from gina tricot actually, i recommend, it dries fast and looks fabolous! 

Me again, last week too, i was actually workin on my diploma then.  The ribbon is just a  piece of the pink fabric i also used for the fringes. The shirt here is from H&M, with the upper part made of some 'lace'. 

Spring and candy canes

Hey there!
Finally all my final exams are over and i can start focusing on workin (yay got an actual job) and workin on my arts diploma. I'm so happy that it's actually gettin a lot sunnier now and that spring maybe has finally begun here in Finland as well! I can't wait for the snow and ice to melt away! 
Two weeks ago i went to Tallinn with some friends, and surprising, only came home with a bracelet and a necklace. So here's some pics of those and some other purchases i've made for the past month or so - and some drawings too! Enjoy :)

Here's the necklace i was talkin about. I like that it looks so happy and bright.

These rings came in a package, which i actually bought just today, so i guess u could say that these are quite fresh! 

My favorite!

A pair of earrings which a made myself (well wasn't thath hard), i had bought these acrylic 'diamonds' as u could call them, for my arts diploma and had some left so i just simply glued them on to the earrings.

Walked past this in BikBok, and had to go back one day later to get it. Reminds me of spring, love it! 

Here's my last purchase (for now) from H&M, so no real leather here, just thought this was cool (cuz of the studs of course!).

Fell for these

Hey everyone!
It's been a while since i did a post about my latest purchases, so here we go with a little update! Yes well my reasons for not been posting in such a long time about this is that i've become really lazy since my "vacation" started (which is actually meant for reading to the exams) but i'm really trying to get something done here :D. 

Found this amazing headband today at Glitter, and i can't even tell u how happy i am :). I guess i really got attracted to this due to the fact that it reminds me of summer and i miss summer like crazy! 

And the best part about it; u can also use it as a necklace (well i had to put a lock in so that i could get it around my neck). 

Bought these a while ago from H&M, fell for the blingbling ofc ! :D

This is also from H&M and no, it's not a bracelet, it's actually a  hairband.
