Diamonds

Hey,
so lately i've been fascinated by all the glitter and all the diamonds that u can see in many designer clothes this autumn. I just can't get enough of it, and so i read (read = skim through them looking at the fabulous pics) all the fashion magazines i can find and try to notice every little program on tv that has some of it in it. I like to watch the series about this one stylist named Rachel Zoe. And all the fablous shoes made by Alexander McQueen with all the details and stuff, who was btw one of my all time favorite shoemakers!
Right now i'm also planning/designing/drawing my dress for my graduation (which is next spring) so i'm quite early actually! My grandma will be sewing it, just like my prom dress.

But for now, enough about all of this and here's a pic of me today and some other photos of me from last week;

So here's me today, i was wearin this black shirt bought from Monki  a while ago, and this collar which u can see a bit bigger in the pic above i got yesterday at H&M. I've wanted one of these loose collars for so long so i just had to buy this one, and i'm so happy i did cuz now i can make whichever regular into a more festive one!

Here u can get a little closer look at the detailing on the black shirt on the shoulders.

And last, but not least, here's me from last week (tuesday i guess). I wore this blue shirt, donated to me by my mom, and the new shoes, blue pants, blue bag and BRIGHT RED lipstick. I think the blue and the orange makes a crazy awesome contrast, don't u!?
Hope i'll be writin soon again!

Hair

Hey everyone!

So i thought it was time to make a small update. Last week i went to the hairdresser and well, just shortened it a bit and put in some new color. My hair is naturally blond (quite blond actually) and i've heard numerous comments about it...like if it's really my own color and so on (yes it is!), so im flattered and proud of my blond hair (which btw does not mean im stupid!;) ). Anyways, here's some photos i took last thursday, the same day i got my hair cut;
Im not sure u can actually see much of a difference in my hair, but it's just like more highlighted with even blonder stripes than my natural hair color.

This is my outfit from that day, see the shoes im wearin that i showed u! Nothing new in this pic except maybe my coat which is my sisters old one from H&M.

Then i wanted to show u these really cute coca-cola flasks designed by the famous Jean-Paul Gaultier which i bought like last week. I like the details; the small star on one of them and the small swallow one the other one. And if u were wondering, no im not going to drink them because they look so fabulous!

Boutique

Hey again,
so today i went to see this exhibition called "Boutique" which u can see now at a museum named Aamos. The exhibit is about combining fashion and art, and every work that u could see there was done in pairs by one artist and one designer.
I had seen many many advertisements about this exhibition and new instantly that i'm gonna see this! Unfortunately, i didn't bring my camera with me, but i had my cellphone, so sorry about the crappy photos but here's some anyways;
This one was like my favorite i think. There's a lot of shoes in this picture , but as u can see they easily get hidden in the background. This was made by Minna Parikka, who's the designer, and Jani Leinonen, who's some sort of an artist.

My favorite of all the shoes.

This doll i liked the best!

These cute dolls were made by Katja Tukiainen and  Samu-Jussi Koski designed the clothes they are wearing. This was called "Evakot".

This was a clip named "Metsä" (forest), made by Paola Suhonen and Mikko Ijäs, were Paola made the clothes. It was really nice with the music and the forest feel to it.

Also a clip and made by the same couple as the clip above. This was called "Uima-allas" (swimming pool), and u had to look down to see the clip because as the name says the clip was shown at the botton of a swimming pool (without any water). Loved the genius idea!

These two were made by Rauha Mäkilä and Juliana Hark. I forgot to take a pic of the photo that the painting is representing, but i forgot. I like the way the painting made the colors so much brighter than what they were in the photo.

This was made by Heidi Lunabba and Tärähtäneet ämmät (don't ask me about the name) which were playing around the idea of how people dress in different social classes, like the middle class which u can see in this pic on the purses they are carrying. I can't say i get this picture but i like it in some way.

This photo was from the 6th and the last floor of the exhibit, and unfortunately i didn't get who took this. I just took a pic because this was the one i liked the best of them all.

Have a good weekend everyone!
